AvAir Executive Promoted to President

CHANDLER, Ariz. – AvAir is pleased to announce that Brandon Wesson has been promoted to President.

Wesson joined AvAir in 2010 as Director of Sales. As a result of his leadership, he was promoted to vice president of sales in 2016. Shortly after that, Wesson became executive vice president of sales, where he oversaw a team of over 70  people who support the company’s asset management programs, material acquisitions, and sales. An essential role in the vitality and growth of the company.

As President, Wesson will work closely with the executive leadership team to drive initiatives and ensure efficient and successful execution of daily operations and partnerships. Wesson has been instrumental in the company’s rapid growth over the past three years.

Spotlight: Moussa Kane

The team at AvAir is pleased to announce that Moussa Kane has been promoted to Director of Sales and we applaud his dedication and hard work.

Originally from Senegal, Kane has lived in the United States for two decades. He started his career at AvAir as an Account executive in 2017 and has followed the company’s business philosophy and core values of building solid relationships with every customer.

Outside the office, Kane loves spending time with his wife, Dior, and two daughters, Mariam and Eva. He enjoys reading to learn more about the primary purpose of a balanced lifestyle and ultimately becoming a better world citizen. Before moving to the United States, Moussa worked as a sound technician for a locally popular band.

AvAir and Sanad Create Global Component Exchange Pool

CHANDLER, Ariz. — AvAir, an industry-leading inventory solutions provider for the aviation aftermarket, has completed an agreement with Sanad, a global industrial services leader and a wholly owned subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company (Mubadala), to provide asset management solutions for a vast array of Airbus, Boeing, and Embraer components. All material will be made available for exchange to AvAir’s network of customers worldwide.

With this agreement, AvAir and the Sanad Group will create one of the world’s largest component exchange pools, allowing customers access to overhauled and serviceable components, when and where they are needed.

AvAir Selected by Honeywell to be Exclusive Worldwide Distributor for C130 and P3 APUs

CHANDLER, Ariz.  AvAir, an industry-leading inventory solutions provider for the aviation aftermarket, has been selected by Honeywell Aerospace to be the exclusive worldwide distributor of its 85- and 95-series auxiliary power units (APUs), including spares for all commercial and defense applications.

These APU models are currently in service on over 1,400 aircraft worldwide, including the C130 and P3 aircraft in the defense sector, and the Boeing 737-CL in the commercial sector.
